How our service works

We will discuss your situation with you and, if we can, we will offer to buy your home from you. We are property investors and will offer you a trade price for your property (usually between 65% and 75% of the property's market value) so that we can complete the purchase quickly (usually within one month). We will consider buying a property that is in any condition (e.g. even if it needs a new roof) and in England, Wales and Scotland.
There are no valuation fees for you to pay, and you do not need to use an estate agent.

If you accept our offer, then you will need a solicitor to sell your house to us. We will provide a fast experienced solicitor for you, and pay their fees (up to £500). We will arrange for our surveyor to inspect your property so that we can plan for any necessary repairs or improvements.
3.
Once your solicitor and ours are happy that everything is ready, we can "complete" the purchase and you will receive your money directly into your bank account (your solicitor will first repay for you your mortgage and secured debts, where appropriate).
