FSA Regulation Today - Wednesday 01 July

From today the FSA is regulating the sale and rent back industry. We believe that we are now one of only four companies permitted to provide this service (More...).

When contacting a company offering a sale and rent back service, you will be able to tell who is operating legally under the FSA by asking them for a Disclosures and Warnings statement in the format prescribed by the FSA.  If they cannot provide one then it is quite likley they are operating illegally.
