Only two firms are legally authorised by the FSA to buy properties on a sale and rent back basis, according to our information ten days after the FSA introduced its stricter "Full Regime" for sale and rent back.  Our partner is one of those two firms!

• Our partner was the first company to become authorised by the FSA to arrange and buy properties on a sale and rent back (SRB) basis under the stricter "Full Regime" (commenced 30th June 2010)
• Our partner was the only firm to become authorised to arrange and buy SRB properties on the first day of the FSA's stricter "Full Regime"
• Our partner's sales team have been conducting SRB transactions for nearly 10 years, the other firm has only around one year of SRB sales experience

We work incredibly closely with our FSA authorised partner - you shouldn't notice the transition between talking to us and talking to our partner!
