Several doom and gloom stories have been dominating the news this week - but we can provide a solution that may solve these problems.

Insolvencies up.   Mortgage lenders making extortionate charges to borrowers in arrears.   Debt advisors falsely claiming they can clear your debts.  All these stories will be of interest to someone suffering financial hardship and wanting a solution quickly.  We can provide a possible solution.

Since the 1st July we have been authorised by the FSA to operate a Sale and Rent Back service - which offers you the comfort that we are held accountable for our service.  There are currently only 40 firms in the UK who are permitted to buy properties and rent them back - anyone providing this service without being FSA Authorised is now in breach of FSA rules.
