Here''s the nice bit... as an example, if we today fix your purchase price at £100,000 and you decide to buy it in 5 years time, it may be worth £150,000 - in which case you will be buying a £150,000 house for only £100,000. You could even sell the house the next day for £150,000 and make a £50,000 profit!
